I hereby authorize Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurant’s, Inc. (“Dickey’s”) to charge my credit/debit card account this one-time payment for my BU payment. I further authorize my bank or financial institution to make this one-time payment from my account. Dickey’s will note this transaction as a pending payment until funds are secured from my banking institution. I also note that, in the event, Dickey’s is unable to secure funds from the bank account for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient funds in my account or insufficient or inaccurate information provided by me when I submit this credit/debit card payment, further collection action may be undertaken by Dickey’s, including application of returned fees to the extent permitted by law.
Please be aware that once you have signed up for Barbecue University training (“BU Training”), all sales are final, and Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. (“DBRI”) will not refund any portion of your BU Training fees, regardless of whether you attend all, a portion of, or none of the BU Training sessions you signed up to attend. DBRI does not offer any money back guarantees based on your experience at BU Training. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a full or partial refund for BU Training under any circumstances. DBRI makes no warranties regarding the performance of its employees, consultants, staff, invitees, or others that participate in BU Training. DBRI further makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the information, contents, materials, documents, programs, products, books, or services included in, as part of, or through BU Training. You agree to forever waive and otherwise absolve the company of any and all liability or loss that you, your employees, your representatives, or any person or entity associated with you may suffer or incur as a result of BU Training. You agree that the company shall not be liable to you for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable, or consequential loss or damages you may incur as a result of BU Training. The information, software, manuals, print materials, products, and services included and/or used in or otherwise made available through BU Training may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information used in BU Training and you are responsible for reviewing the information, manuals, print materials, software, products, and services included and/or used in or otherwise made available through BU Training for changes. Your registration for BU Training following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all information, manuals, print materials, software, products, services, and related graphics included and/or used in or otherwise made available through BU Training are provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind. You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to BU Training, whether occurring before, during or after official BU Training events, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against DBRI, its owners, officers, employees, management, invitees, consultants, and any and all other participants in BU Training, as well as all of DBRI’s respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, and directors. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19, any bacteria, virus, food-borne illness, or any pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), whether occurring before, during, or after BU Training, however caused or contracted, and hereby waive all claims and potential claims DBRI in any way related to the same.
I understand I am responsible for all transfers and bill payments I authorize using this website. If I permit other persons, or other entities, to use this service by providing my information, I am responsible for any transactions they authorize using my information. I understand I should notify Dickey’s immediately if I believe any of information has been accessed or my login information has been taken or used without my permission.
